What forms does the M 4 Hydromorphone or pill come in? Im not talking about knoll no.4mg Dilaudid.
Hydromorphone is a generic for Dilaudid. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

John, since this is a generic, it is manufactured by several different companies. Does the tablet your asking about match the description in the NDC code that I posted?
