Getting Alevian Duo Over The Counter

I’m seeking to purchase a product sold over the counter in Mexico which is called "Alevian Duo" or, if not sold in the USA, a product which has the same ingredients sold by a different name in the USA.

Hmmm, if you aren't able to get it directly from Mexico, try searching for other products domestically by active ingredient:

Looks like it contains Pinaverium Bromide and Dimethcone. Not sure what contains the exact same combination.
