Foods And Liquids Not Digesting

I am have been diagnosed with diabetes since last year and am now facing the problem of my food not digesting after eating and even liquids tend to come up nowadays. I would like you to assist me into solving this problem.

I live in Seychelles, Indian Ocean. Nowadays i also notice that my tummy enlarges an d becomes tense after eating. Any idea what may be causing these problems or is it normal?
