Can i take Essentiale Forte P forever as a maintenance dose to protect my liver ?

I can only suggest that you consult a doctor.

However, even if you do, it is highly unlikely that they will be able to provide an answer as to whether or not you can safely take anything for a life time.

As to Essentiale Forte, this is just a nutritional supplement and while the manufacturers claim that is helps with liver problems and protection, this has never actually been proven.
