Dose And Effect Of Amlopres

I am 46 yrs old and taking Amlopress 5 in morning and Amlopress L in the evening for last few years. My query is if this is right dosage in terms of timings? Secondly can this sustained usage cause any erectile dysfunction or renal problems in years to come? Thirdly is it safe to use Viagra with Amlopres?
