If I am taking 0.5mg twice a day for the past two years.. I relapsed last night and am due for a test today. Will I test positive for opiates? Or does the suboxone clear the results..?

Yes, you will test positive for opiates. The naloxone in suboxone only blocks at the receptor. I don't know if the other drug you took could even help you the suboxone take so long to clear your system oh, it's in you for at least 5 to 6 days. Anyways, yes another opiate will show up. No locks and cannot erase that from your system or your urine.
