MAOI is not an ingredient, it is a class of drugs and no, Citalopram isn't in that drug class.

Citalopram is in the drug class of Selective Seratonin Reuptake Inhibitors.

Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, dry mouth, headache and nausea.
