I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED NEUROGENIC CLAUDIFICATION. MY DOC HAS PRESCRIBED DEFCORT 30. IS IT EFFECTIVEIN NC . WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS. HOW MUCH MG PER DAY IT SHOULD BE STARTED WITH .
