No, actually using them for that is not safe.

Periactin contains the active ingredient Cyproheptadine, it is actually an antihistamine that is most commonly used to treat allergic reactions.

In some people, it can cause an increased appetite and thus, weight gain.

Decdan contains Dexamethasone, which is actually a steroid class medication, it is also used to treat allergic reactions and some other medical conditions.

As side effects it can cause immune suppression, weight gain and fluid retention.

With improper use, both the immune suppression and the fluid retention can put you in serious medical danger.
