Can Robitussin Change The Color Of Your Urine?

Can taking Robitussin cough syrup 4x a day turn your urine red? All of a sudden my urine has turned red almost looking like blood.

This happened to me now. I am clean sexual-wise but after taking a bottle of Robitussin over 2 days, the same thing happened to me.
