Bactrim For Infants

Bactrim - i have a 6mnth old child, has been drinking bactrim for 5mnths now and developed rush that looks like eczima. i'm hiv positive and still breastfeeding and i'm giving him NVP also. should i carry on with the batrim or should i stop?

The rash may be a sign that he is developing a sensitivity or allergy to the medication, so it could be dangerous to continue to give it to him.
