Ambien Instructions

I am wondering if there have been cases where more than 10 mg ambien is needed to sleep. How much is too much?

Ambien contains the active ingredient Zolpidem, it is usually used for the short term treatment of insomnia.

The problem with it is that all of these types of medications can be habit forming, thus you should only use it as prescribed.

If your current dosage is not working for you, then please speak to your doctor, there are other options available, including a time released Ambien, called Ambien CR.

Some common side effects can include: nausea, hallucinations, euphoria and loss of libido, all of which can be aggravated if you take higher doses, as well.
