Alnix 3 Months Old

Hi! My son is 3 months old. He is suffering from cough for a week. His pedia prescribed Alnix 0.5ml 2 times a day. I accidentally gave him 3 times (6 hours interval). What will be the effect of that? Thank you.

I really can't stress enough how important it is to seek medical attention immediately any time you feel that someone's life or health may be in danger.
